media: i2c: imx219: Drop <linux/clk-provider.h> and <linux/clkdev.h>

The IMX219 camera driver is not a clock provider, but merely a clock
consumer, and thus does not need to include <linux/clk-provider.h> and
<linux/clkdev.h>.
