arm64: dts: ti: k3-am62: Rename MCU GPIO wakeup support overlay

MCU GPIO wakeup support overlay can be used across am62 and
am62a platforms. Rename the overlay file from k3-am625* to
k3-am62x* to match the names used for common dtbo files.

This name change also takes care of automatically packaging this
file for am62a builds as the meta-ti layers copy all overlay
files that start with k3-am62x-* in to am62 and am62a builds.
