arm64: dts: ti: k3-j784s4: Add ranges for PCIe2 and PCIe3 instances

Add ranges for PCIe2 and PCIe3 Core and DAT regions. While at it, cleanup
the ranges for PCIe0 and PCIe1, by splitting "PCIe Core" into "PCIe0 Core"
and "PCIe1 Core". Also add the range for PCIe0 DAT1 region.
