This reverts commit 61a2be4b5f82b101fd97113ed05dad122676b755.

this patch is try to reduce unnecessary interrupters when IT6161
 software reset, and it could reduce M33 lost it6161 irq.
 Now M33 had fix irq issue, and we also found some HDMI TVs
failed to bootup or reboot with this patch. So remove it.
