drivers: marvell: otx2-sdei-ghes: Select dedicated region for BERT

Prepare dedicated BERT at the start of ghes-bert.
This patch fixes BERT at the memory location.
It is a preparation step to remove this driver and
leave only the firmware part which communicates
to the common Linux driver
