dts: evb: add sja1105 delay params

This patch is to add delay params for S32G EVB boards, or else, there will
be following warning messages:

 sja1105 spi5.0: Probed switch chip: SJA1105Q
 sja1105 spi5.0: Port 0 interpreting RGMII delay settings based on "phy-mode" property, please update device tree to specify "rx-internal-delay-ps" and "tx-internal-delay-ps"
