mxc: vpu: Add vpu_malone and vpu_windsor codec to kbuild

When porting the SDK commit b87af9e9171f ("Add directory driver/mxc
and related scripts") we neglected vpu_malone and vpu_windsor to mxc
directory. So add vpu_malone and vpu_windsor for decoding and encoding
