riscv: dts: microchip: fixup some outstanding mixed leading indent

I'd set my tabstop to 7 to make the conversion easier as our mail server
had used that as the tab -> space conversion when it mangled the
original patch submission, but this meant I got some alignments wrong as
I forgot to convert back to 8 before sorting out alignment.
Additionally, some leading spaces where there was only one space before
a word got missed. Resolve both problems so things look prettier.
