HSD #15013542017: fix build for intel_fpga_qse_ll_main

Because of commit ("b48b89f9

 net: drop the weight argument from netif_napi_add"),
which drops the NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT parameter in netif_napi_add(), we need
to update the call to netif_napi_add().
