clk: imx: Fix a build error too many arguments 'imx_register_uart_clocks' in imx6q_clocks_init()

Since commit 247a98a4

("clk: imx: enable the earlycon
uart clocks by parsing from dt") imx_register_uart_clocks
no longer requires parameters, so delete the incoming parameters
