kunit: software node: adhear to KUNIT formatting standard

Change CONFIG_KUNIT_DRIVER_PE_TEST to CONFIG_DRIVER_PE_KUNIT_TEST inorder
to adhear to the KUNIT *_KUNIT_TEST config name format.
