net: Handle Error in Axxia FEMAC

In some cases, DMA gets into a bad state.  It is not easy to reproduce,
but there will be a packet with no data, and then a packet with no "end
of packet" mark.

When a PDU overflow is detected (no end of packet), reset the MAC.
