ARM: dts: Add Axxia AXM55xx device tree files

Add device tree files for:
- Amarillo validation board with chips from Intel Axxia AXM55xx
  family with 8, 12 or 16 cores;
- Emulation Platform with chips with 4, or 7 cores;
- Simulation Platform AXM55xx with chips with 4 or 16 cores and
  other features.
