Revert commit a563861b8b05dd5cd4a2f926d62a441db92767c3 and commit
b50f965d1b2d5cc9b8da9f8724eccf7c95289ae4. The smbus implementation in the
CoreI2C driver causes a panic during boot when the pac1934 driver
probes. smbus emulation has no such problem. Revert the addition of the
smbus code to allow testing for the upcoming release, a replacement
patch can be submitted when there's less of a time constraint.
