configs: ls1021a: enable sata configs for all ls1021a defconfigs

Add CONFIG_AHCI CONFIG_SATA_CEVA CONFIG_DM_SCSI for some ls1021a
defconfigs that missing one of them or more.
enable CONFIG_DM_MMC for some defconfigs to support CONFIG_BLK
Support sata for all ls1021a defconfigs
