armv8: ls2088ardb: Move CONFIG_SPI_FLASH, CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SPANSION to defconfig 



Move CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SPANSION, CONFIG_SPI_FLASH, to defconfig.
Also disable disable 4K erase size option.
