ARM: renesas: Rename rmobile_cpuinfo[] to renesas_cpuinfo[]

Rename rmobile_cpuinfo[] to renesas_cpuinfo[] because all
the chips are made by Renesas, while only a subset of them
is from the R-Mobile line.
