Merge branch '2023-11-25-assorted-platform-updates' into next

- Updates for the Siemens AM335x platforms, Nuvoton platforms, and
  disable CONFIG_NET on platforms that lack NETDEVICES, so that
  NETDEVICES can be implied by NET.
