serial: 8250_pci: Enumerate Elkhart Lake UARTs via dedicated driver
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.58 commit 0f30fedced7ca612122c4517d7147a1c61faf649 bugzilla: 176984 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4E2P4 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=0f30fedced7ca612122c4517d7147a1c61faf649 -------------------------------- commit 7f0909db upstream. Elkhart Lake UARTs are PCI enumerated Synopsys DesignWare v4.0+ UART integrated with Intel iDMA 32-bit DMA controller. There is a specific driver to handle them, i.e. 8250_lpss. Hence, disable 8250_pci enumeration for these UARTs.
