ext4,f2fs: fix readahead of verity data
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.154 commit 23f1fc7ce55fbfb195db8abd5e07eef13700cd0e category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I64YCB Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=23f1fc7ce55fbfb195db8abd5e07eef13700cd0e -------------------------------- commit 4fa0e3ff upstream. The recent change of page_cache_ra_unbounded() arguments was buggy in the two callers, causing us to readahead the wrong pages. Move the definition of ractl down to after the index is set correctly. This affected performance on configurations that use fs-verity.
