Staging: rtl8192e: Remove unnecessary blank line

This addresses an issue raised by checkpatch.pl:

     $ ./scripts/checkpatch.pl --terse -f drivers/staging/rtl8192e/rtllib_wx.c
     CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary before a close brace '}'
