It's introduced by 83268fa90b44 ("tty: ldisc: add sysctl to prevent autoloading of ldiscs")
To avoid patchwork compile warnings, add CONFIG_LDISC_AUTOLOAD to
hulk_defconfig and syzkaller_defconfig.
