sw64: add more registers saved during suspend/resume cycle

IO registers such as IOMMUExcpt_Ctrl, DTBaseAddr, INTxConfig,
pmeIntConfig, aerErrIntConfig and hpIntConfig, should be implemented
as r/w registers which are configured by kernel and get cleared on RC
controllers reset or after suspend/resume cycle. So we add more
registers saved and restored those values inside chipset save/restore
functions.
