scsi: qla2xxx: Changes to support kdump kernel for NVMe BFS
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.71 commit 2193cf76f43acdbd87b8609c7206f0b414b241d9 bugzilla: 182981 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4I3KD Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=2193cf76f43acdbd87b8609c7206f0b414b241d9 -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 4a0a542f ] The MSI-X and MSI calls fails in kdump kernel. Because of this qla2xxx_create_qpair() fails leading to .create_queue callback failure. The fix is to return existing qpair instead of allocating new one and allocate a single hw queue.
