etmem: fix some problem during backport etmem patches

During the upgrade from Linux 5.10 to Linux 6.4,
some structures are changed.

Therefore, need to adapt to these changes when
installing the etmem patch to Linux 6.4.

Move some of etmem feature code to mm/etmem.c,
Avoid intrusive modification of the original process
by the etmem feature.
