can: grcan: only use the NAPI poll budget for RX
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.115 commit 11adc9ab3eb36ef31bcb4f6d2cda3d7399bcbb49 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5IZ9C Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=11adc9ab3eb36ef31bcb4f6d2cda3d7399bcbb49 -------------------------------- commit 2873d4d5 upstream. The previous split budget between TX and RX made it return not using the entire budget but at the same time not having calling called napi_complete. This sometimes led to the poll to not be called, and at the same time having TX and RX interrupts disabled resulting in the driver getting stuck.
