watchdog: f71808e_wdt: fix inaccurate report in WDIOC_GETTIMEOUT
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.80 commit ef9f7ab9ba207b909bffdeda6643cd6c14e8775b bugzilla: 185821 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4L7CG Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=ef9f7ab9ba207b909bffdeda6643cd6c14e8775b -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 164483c7 ] The fintek watchdog timer can configure timeouts of second granularity only up to 255 seconds. Beyond that, the timeout needs to be configured with minute granularity. WDIOC_GETTIMEOUT should report the actual timeout configured, not just echo back the timeout configured by the user. Do so.
