spmi: pmic-arb: correct duplicate APID to PPID mapping logic
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.150 commit 92f52770a7af6988b3c2bbb9b76a2963e3d950a8 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I6D0XA Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=92f52770a7af6988b3c2bbb9b76a2963e3d950a8 -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 1f169311 ] Correct the way that duplicate PPID mappings are handled for PMIC arbiter v5. The final APID mapped to a given PPID should be the one which has write owner = APPS EE, if it exists, or if not that, then the first APID mapped to the PPID, if it exists.
