category: bugfix
bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I87BGI

Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=8f27d432170068709654da9ce7e9e8f3aa2f6b8d

--------------------------------

commit 690e0ec8 upstream.

Direction from hardware is that stolen memory should never be used for
ring buffer allocations on platforms with LLC. There are too many
caching pitfalls due to the way stolen memory accesses are routed. So
it is safest to just not use it.
