!2803 drivers/gmjstcm: fix a dev_err() call in spi tcm device probe

TCM1.0 are TPM like chip, by Nationz Technologies Inc.
The kernel issue https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4W1R1
report a bug of call dev_err(chip->dev, ..) while chip is NULL,
in TCM1.0 spi device probe. I believe we have fixed this bug in this PR.
