clk: at91: generated: consider range when calculating best rate
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.118 commit d35bf8d766b11e99784cc74be5b7810f2f39240e category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5L686 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=d35bf8d766b11e99784cc74be5b7810f2f39240e -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit d0031e6f ] clk_generated_best_diff() helps in finding the parent and the divisor to compute a rate closest to the required one. However, it doesn't take into account the request's range for the new rate. Make sure the new rate is within the required range.
