Add Zhaoxin aes/sha items in openeuler_config

The patch adds the zhaoxin aes/sha driver and modifies the corresponding
Makefile and Kconfig. Therefore, CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_ZHAOXIN series are added
to openeuler_defconfig, and it is set to "m" by default.
