config: Enable Phytium FT-2500 support configs for hulk_defconfig

While compiling with hulk_defconfig, configs CONFIG_ARCH_PHYTIUM
and CONFIG_ARM_GIC_PHYTIUM_2500 should be set to enable support
for Phytium ARMv8 S2500/FT-2500 SoC and 2-Processor server.

As FT-2500 2-Processor server has 16 NUMA nodes, CONFIG_NODES_SHIFT
should be updated from 3 to 4.

Update these three configs for hulk_defconfig by default.
