wifi: brcmfmac: fix regression for Broadcom PCIe wifi devices

stable inclusion
from stable-v5.10.165
commit 2d1fd99e8e120d900d9971122ad71c88b73bde19
category: bugfix
bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I7T7G4

Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=2d1fd99e8e120d900d9971122ad71c88b73bde19

--------------------------------

commit ed05cb17 upstream.

A sanity check was introduced considering maximum flowrings above
256 as insane and effectively aborting the device probe. This
resulted in regression for number of users as the value turns out
to be sane after all.

Fixes: 2aca4f37 ("brcmfmac: return error when getting invalid max_flowrings from dongle")
