x86/common: Stamp out the stepping madness
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.133 commit a74f5d23e68d9687ed06bd462d344867824707d8 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5PTAS CVE: CVE-2022-29900,CVE-2022-23816,CVE-2022-29901 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=a74f5d23e68d9687ed06bd462d344867824707d8 -------------------------------- commit 7a05bc95 upstream. The whole MMIO/RETBLEED enumeration went overboard on steppings. Get rid of all that and simply use ANY. If a future stepping of these models would not be affected, it had better set the relevant ARCH_CAP_$FOO_NO bit in IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES.
