PCI: cadence: Use bitfield for *quirk_retrain_flag* instead of bool
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.68 commit a83e032cc48981a77c9fead708fc0f49ad842085 bugzilla: 182671 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4EWUH Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=a83e032cc48981a77c9fead708fc0f49ad842085 -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit f4455748 ] No functional change. As we are intending to add additional 1-bit members in struct j721e_pcie_data/struct cdns_pcie_rc, use bitfields instead of bool since it takes less space. As discussed in [1], the preference is to use bitfileds instead of bool inside structures.
