irqdomain: Fix disassociation race
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.173 commit e0538aa7e099d494cf523958a84bfbedc5b56d02 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8BFR3 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=e0538aa7e099d494cf523958a84bfbedc5b56d02 -------------------------------- commit 3f883c38 upstream. The global irq_domain_mutex is held when mapping interrupts from non-hierarchical domains but currently not when disposing them. This specifically means that updates of the domain mapcount is racy (currently only used for statistics in debugfs). Make sure to hold the global irq_domain_mutex also when disposing mappings from non-hierarchical domains.
