kabi: test fix kabi for enum bpf_prog_type and bpf_attach_type 



BPF_SCHED and BPF_PROG_TYPE_SCHED breaks the KABI of enum
bpf_prog_type and bpf_attach_type.

This patch uses KABI_EXTEND_ENUM and KABI_BROKEN_INSERT_ENUM
to fix it.
