scsi: ufs: ufs-mediatek: Fix HCI version in some platforms 

Some MediaTek SoC platforms with UFSHCI version below 3.0 have incorrect
UFSHCI versions showed in register map.

Fix the version by referring to UniPro version which is always correct.
