dsa: mv88e6xxx: 6161: Use chip wide MAX MTU
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.71 commit ee4d0495a65e366538063907c8b4459245620e0c bugzilla: 182981 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4I3KD Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=ee4d0495a65e366538063907c8b4459245620e0c -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit fe230361 ] The datasheets suggests the 6161 uses a per port setting for jumbo frames. Testing has however shown this is not correct, it uses the old style chip wide MTU control. Change the ops in the 6161 structure to reflect this.
