can: gs_usb: gs_can_open(): fix race dev->can.state condition
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.146 commit 78926cf7629126876b145fdb7b1a6d8d714369d8 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I6D0VX Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=78926cf7629126876b145fdb7b1a6d8d714369d8 -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 5440428b ] The dev->can.state is set to CAN_STATE_ERROR_ACTIVE, after the device has been started. On busy networks the CAN controller might receive CAN frame between and go into an error state before the dev->can.state is assigned. Assign dev->can.state before starting the controller to close the race window.
