PCI: rcar: Fix runtime PM imbalance in rcar_pcie_ep_probe()
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.68 commit 75420f9400a6792dc4b43e5a43ee0f105dd3f9ee bugzilla: 182671 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4EWUH Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=75420f9400a6792dc4b43e5a43ee0f105dd3f9ee -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 1e29cd99 ] pm_runtime_get_sync() will increase the runtime PM counter even it returns an error. Thus a pairing decrement is needed to prevent refcount leak. Fix this by replacing this API with pm_runtime_resume_and_get(), which will not change the runtime PM counter on error.
