KVM: VMX: Fold ept_update_paging_mode_cr0() back into vmx_set_cr0()
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.190 commit 7fc51da40b9d14491d90f21fc2ac769241b6840b category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I928UI Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=7fc51da40b9d14491d90f21fc2ac769241b6840b -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit c834fd7f ] Move the CR0/CR3/CR4 shenanigans for EPT without unrestricted guest back into vmx_set_cr0(). This will allow a future patch to eliminate the rather gross stuffing of vcpu->arch.cr0 in the paging transition cases by snapshotting the old CR0. No functional change intended.
