- Reject unsupported TMDS rates on ICL+ (Ville Syrjälä)
- Treat SAGV block time 0 as SAGV disabled (Ville Syrjälä)

- Fix renamed INTEL_INFO->media.arch/ver field (Lucas De Marchi)
