[PATCH] libata-dev: Use new ata_queue_pio_task() for PIO polling task 



  - Use new ata_queue_pio_task() for PIO polling task.
  - Remove the unused ata_queue_packet_task() function.
    (irq-pio had merged the 2 queues into one.)
