stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.173 commit 40bedbf10d562d3702b3dde88e9e501058d287f1 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8BFR3 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=40bedbf10d562d3702b3dde88e9e501058d287f1 -------------------------------- commit b1ae65c0 upstream. User experienced symptoms of adapter failure in NPIV environment. NPIV hosts were allowed to trigger chip reset back to back due to NPIV link state being slow to come online.
