mtd: rawnand: brcmnand: Fix NULL pointer assignment 



Sparse complained about the following:

drivers/mtd/nand/raw/brcmnand/brcmnand.c:921:40: warning: Using plain integer as NULL pointer

fix this issue by assigning the pointer to NULL.
