ub: init uburma module

- Init uburma module, including init and exit module, register device.
- Add ubcore_client definition in ubcore. This struct represent a client of
ubcore, which is used by uburma.

Description of uburma module:
The uburma module is a client of ubcore, it connect with urma in user mode.
This module is responsible for device attribute show,
management of kernel resources, and so on.
