stable inclusion from stable-v6.6.5 commit 1191c0f6e938aa16f01edd72f5735cfb5a732180 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I8N21P Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=1191c0f6e938aa16f01edd72f5735cfb5a732180 -------------------------------- commit 9be601135ba8ac69880c01606c82140f2dde105e upstream. [Description] When choosing which dummy p-state latency to use, we need to use the DRAM speed from validation.
