Intel-SIG: commit ba9506be perf/x86/intel/uncore: Store the logical
die id instead of the physical die id.
This commit is backported as a dependency for SPR PMU uncore support.

The phys_id isn't really used other than to map to a logical die id.
Calculate the logical die id earlier, and store that instead of the
phys_id.
